Ako ste među onima koji obožavaju slane grickalice, među kojima je i pomfrit, tada je ovo odlična informacija za vas.

Iako je pomfrit zakleti neprijatelj svakog uspješnog skidanja kilograma, ova verzija bi mogla polučiti čak suprotan efekt.

Pomfrit od tikvica, iako zvučikao prevara, jedna je od najukusnijih namirnica koju ćete kušati. Samo mu morate dati priliku i morate se usuditi probati ga.

Priprema se brzo i lako, svi koji ga probaju kažu da je ukusan i fin, a ne dodaje kilograme.

Sastojci:
30 g brašna
1 žlica kukuruznog škroba
1 žličica soli
½ žličice origana
¼ žličice mljevenog crnog papra
3 bjelanjka
80 g parmezana
100 g prezle
500 g tikvica

Priprema:
Dvije tepsije prekrijte papirom za pečenje i zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva. Narežite tikvice na tanke trake. Pomiješajte brašno, kukuruzni škrob, sol, origano i papar. U drugu posudu stavite bjelanjke, a u treću parmezan i prezlu. Trake uvaljajte u brašno, pa u bjelanjak pa u mješavinu sira i prezle. Stavite tikvice na tepsiju i pustite da odstoje na sobnoj temperaturi 15 minuta. Pecite 18 do 20 minuta i okrenite ih jednom tijekom pečenja.
